For racehorse trainers, agistment farms & studs

Run the stable. Let Stability do the sums.

Horse records, daily charges and owner billing in one place. Charge each horse once and Stability works out every owner's share at month end.

Everything a racing business runs on

Every horse, one record

Profiles, ownership history, movements, treatments and paperwork in one place for the whole team.

Charge the horse, not the owner

Enter day rates and extras once against the horse at 100%. At month end Stability splits each charge by ownership share for that period.

Owner invoices & PDFs

Preview the month, check the split, then finalise and send. Each owner gets a clear tax invoice PDF with GST shown.

An owner portal people use

Owners log in to see their horses, shares, statements and invoices, with no spreadsheets passed around.

Business report in one click

See the share of day-rate revenue going to wages, feed, rent and shavings, plus margins and a true cash view.

Built for farms and studs too

Agistment farms and studs can bill trainers from the same system, so invoices land where the work happens.

Made for the stable floor

Install it on any phone as an app. Big, legible screens for foremen and staff at 5am.

Secure and fast

Authenticator 2FA for owners and admins, strict data separation between stables, served from Cloudflare's network.

One system for the whole supply chain

Studs

Track mares, foals and charges, and invoice clients with clear statements.

Billing the way stables already work

Charge at 100%. Split at month end.

  1. Record charges against the horse. Day rates, vet, farrier, floats and feed go in once.
  2. Ownership changes over time. Shares are tracked by date, so a mid-month sale is billed correctly.
  3. Preview, then finalise. If any horse isn't owned to exactly 100%, the run stops. Charges that have already been invoiced can't be billed twice.

Know where the day rate goes

The monthly business report shows wages, feed, rent and shavings as a share of day-rate revenue. It also covers margins, a cash view that includes finance repayments, and the carrying cost of unsold shares from each horse's purchase date.

Simple pricing based on how many horses you have

From $49 a month. No setup fees.
